Operator: voltcare.app (the "Site") is operated by Verna Software LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (Kansas Business ID 10093365), Lawrence, Kansas — "VoltCare," "we." Contact: the contact form or brian@voltcare.app.
VoltCare is a platform that connects homeowners with independent, licensed local service contractors. The contractors on the platform are independent businesses — not employees or agents of VoltCare — and they are responsible for the services they perform, their licensing, and their workmanship.
These terms cover visiting voltcare.app and its public pages. Creating an account puts you under the terms for your role (homeowner terms, the contractor platform agreement, or the tech & crew terms), presented at account creation — those govern platform use; this page governs the front porch.
The Site's content — text, design, the VoltCare name, bolt logo, wordmark, and tagline — belongs to Verna Software LLC. Contractor names and logos shown on white-label surfaces belong to those contractors. You may read, link to, and share our public pages; you may not copy our branding, pass the Site off as yours, or use our marks to imply endorsement.
When you hold a spot or sign up, you're consenting to be contacted about VoltCare's launch and your account — that's all we'll use it for, per the privacy policy. Holding a founding-member spot or requesting territory records your interest; it is not a purchase, and no payment is collected for it. Submit real information about a property or company you actually have authority over. Want your signup removed? Contact us and we'll delete it.

Videos, images, and demo content on the public pages may depict simulated jobs and personas for illustration. Product claims describe the platform as it exists; where something is upcoming, the page says so.
The Site is provided as-is; we don't warrant uninterrupted availability or that every page is error-free. To the extent Kansas law allows, our total liability arising from your use of the public Site is capped at one hundred dollars ($100), and neither of us owes the other indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Kansas law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting the new version with its date; material changes to account-holder terms follow the notice rules in those documents. If a term is unenforceable, the rest stands. "VoltCare" in these terms means Verna Software LLC, 339 Elm St Apt 6, Lawrence, KS 66044.
